The Capstone KnowledgeBase is a compilation of documents and videos that provide important information and how-to tutorials that have been developed by students, faculty and industry experts. The intent is to continue to expand and improve these contributions through future capstone projects. The information has been grouped into categories for easier access.
Professor Mike Willey Vice President and CTO of Paragon Innovations has been a highly scucessful embedded systems desgin engineer for a number of years. In the following slides and videos he provide best practices and recommendations that will improve your schematic capture and board layout efforts. Using these knowledgebase items can greatly increase the qualtiy of your hardware designs and the overall successs of your capstone project.

TO BE UPDATED AT A LATER TIME
NLD Generator This small add-in for Visio 2013 or later allows the user to create their Network Logic Diagram and receive immediate metrics for each block. In addition, this software will draw the "critical" path across your diagram.
Additional information regarding the use of this software will be posted here shortly.
When opening the add-in please open the "AutoNLD" visio file and ensure the "AutoNLDStenci" file is in the same directory.
